In both packages you will receive a room of your choice redesigned and a moodboard, explaining the design direction as well as a shopping list personalised to your budget.
However, In the Plus package the visualisations are more realistic and immersive, helping you visualise the redesign even better. You also receive a floor plan to help you understand changes to the layout and the flow of the room.

The Design SOS 1:1 Consultation, is perfect for quick problem solving. We’ll dive straight in and I’ll give you advice on any design-related queries you have, whether it's about colour schemes, furniture placement, decor styles or anything else

The 3D design visualisation gives you a realistic and immersive view of your room after the makeover, allowing you to see how the different elements come together.

Yes! But only if you purchase the room makeover packages. Unfortunately, mockups and renders are not feasible for the 1:1 consultations due to the hours of time and research involved in making them.

Rescheduling
Unexpected events and emergencies happen, and sometimes you may need to reschedule an appointment. If that's the case, please don't hesitate to let me know your circumstances, and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment with me, please let me know at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. This will give me enough time to adjust my schedule and offer the appointment slot to other clients. In case you fail to provide cancellation notice within the specified timeframe, it might result in the forfeiture of any refund.
Social media
I may showcase the outcomes of my work on my social media platforms, but I can assure you that they will be anonymized to ensure the confidentiality of your personal data.
Refunds
Once I start working on your project after receiving pictures of your space, refunds will no longer be available. Please keep in mind that this is because I invest significant time and effort in creating a personalized plan specifically tailored to your space. However, before any photos are sent, I'm happy to process a refund. Please note that a service fee of 6% will be deducted from your payment due to the processing fees imposed by my payment platform.
